Mozambique: Will Govt Afford to Increase Old Persons Grants?

[Mozambique News Reports And Clippings] Substantial increases in cash transfers for poor people are included in the plan and budget just sent to parliament, as the government attempts to fulfill its progressive social protection strategy approved last year.
